This class is a perfect introduction to cake carving and ganache.
You will learn how to split, fill, carve and cover your cake professionally, as well as decorate it to a high standard. We will finish the cake in an edible pearl style and you will make a gold clasp for the bag. The finish the look, you will make a fully edible sugar rose and cover the board. All materials and ingredients are provided and you will leave with a beautiful handbag cake decorated by you to take home to enjoy with your family!

Length of class: Approximately 4 hours with a short break for lunch.
What do you need to bring:
Just a bite to eat for lunch and a notebook.
Aprons are provided to use during the day and light refreshments will be served during the class.
