Gold Drip Cake Class
This class is a perfect if you are looking to move your cake decorating to the next level. It’s simply stunning for weddings and celebrations!
You will learn how to split, level, fill and cover your provided cake professionally, as well as decorate it to a high standard using ganache and sugar paste. This cake will be slightly deeper than the ones in the other VK cake classes. You will then be taught how to create an incredible gold drip – a new recipe just for this class! It will finally be finished off with a flower display you have arranged yourself – under our guidance. You will have all the tips and techniques when working with fresh flowers on cakes from Sarah Dack of Darling Buds which will give you the confidence when doing this again at home. All materials and ingredients are provided and you will leave with a beautiful deep 6″ vanilla & chocolate ganache cake, decorated by you to take home to enjoy with your family! This class will change the way you decorate cakes – forever!
