New for Christmas 2018, A fun, informative and hands-on class to teach you how to make these gorgeous festive treats! Cordon Bleu trained Pastry Chef David Frear has designed this class so you will have the confidence to rustle these up in your own kitchen with no specialist equipment. Ideal to give as gifts this year!
In this class you will learn how to master those tricky macaron shells yourselves, there will be a filling demonstration and you will then assemble them. The flavours will be Christmas Cake and Cinnamon rolled in a Gingerbread crumb. Once have assembled your masterpieces we will show you how to package them beautifully. Our Pastry Chef David will guide you through the mixing, drying and baking of the shells and talk through potential pitfalls you might experience at each stage. They are expensive little treats for a reason!
At the end of the session, you should have at least 20 Christmas macarons to take home in some beautiful packaging, a recipe and tips sheet, and the confidence to do this at home.
