New for 2018, a masterclass in the most popular British bakes. This is led by our Baking Tutor Rachel Bray – writer of the popular blog Lovinghomemade, and includes some classics!
With a combination of hands-on baking and demonstrations, Rachel will guide you through the recipes step by step to create the perfect set of Traditional Bakes. You will make a Victoria Sponge, Lemon Drizzle Madeira Loaf and a Chocolate Swiss Roll. There will be plenty of time for questions and trouble shooting during the day and it’s the ideal class to give you confidence in baking.
Everything is provided in class, and you leave with your delicious creations, all boxed up with a full recipe and tips sheet.
In this class you will make:
- Victoria Sponge including Raspberry Jam
- Lemon Drizzle Madeira Loaf
- Chocolate Swiss Roll and Coffee Buttercream
Length of class: Approx 5 hours with a short break for lunch
Class size: up to 8 students
What you need to bring:
Just a bite to eat for lunch.
Aprons are provided for the class and light refreshments will also be served during the day.
