Tipsy Chocolate Truffles Class

This is a short, hands on class designed to give you the confidence to make delicious Chocolate Truffles at home. Whether you would like to give them as homemade gifts, or just to have a truffle stock at home!
You will learn how to make and flavour chocolate ganache with alcohol infusions including Champagne, Whiskey and various Liqueurs for a set of completely luxurious truffles. As this is a short class, ingredients will be weighed beforehand, but we’ll go through everything step by step together, and you’ll be working in pairs to flavour the ganache. This is a fun, messy class, so perfect if you would like to come along with a friend to share the experience with! You can also enjoy a glass or two of prosecco during the class. Aprons are provided but be warned, this is a messy one! You’ll take home everything you have made in beautiful packaging, along with a recipe and tips sheet.
