Pastry Chef Tutor for Surrey
I’ve always been crazy about baking since I got my light bulb brownie oven age 4, even if more batter got eaten than actual brownie. Since then I’ve followed my sweet tooth and attended Westminster Kingsway College training to be a chef.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with MBE Claire Clark who was good enough to take me under her wing and given me opportunities I couldn’t have dreamed of, including being involves in the Brit Awards Dessert 2016.
I look forward to joining the growing Victoria’s Kitchen team.
